AP-37 is the legacy RTO code for West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh. The RTO was located in Eluru, the former district headquarters of undivided West Godavari District. Since February 2019, the state implemented the 'one state-one code' policy where all new vehicles are registered with AP-39/AP-40 series.
