The HR-98 RTO was officially established in April 2024 to serve the Badshahpur region in the Gurugram district. This office manages vehicle registration and transport services for the southern sectors of Gurugram, including areas like Wazirabad and Sushant Lok III. It was created to alleviate the administrative burden on the existing Gurugram RTOs due to the city's rapid urban expansion.
